How to deal with projects?

I have a lot of projects, and I'm not 100% sure how to track them and ensure I am on track. Plus a lot of the items are due from other people. Here's a few links of things I've found...no idea if they will help.

• Article about how to keep a summary of projects next steps organized by projects
• A way to create a project list online - I wonder about how stable the company is (a typical 2.0 company?)
• This system of checklists counds interesting - I'll have to review to see if it fits with my project approach. I like the idea of a weekly review and status report.
